If you don't see a rental you are looking for on this website, it has either been rented or is not managed by Royal LePage Downtown Realty. Please only inquire about rentals that you see currently advertised on this website. Please see the attachment below, which is the application package. We only accept your application after you have viewed the rental. We do not accept applications before you view nor do we hold onto applications and advise when new rentals come on the website. We do not want all of your private information on the application until it is necessary. We do not help you find a rental as we are agents of the landlord and can not give you agency.
