Management fee of 10% of gross revenue collected includes:
* Complete Tenancy Agreements
* Rent collection and all Notice to End Tenancy form's provided and completed
* Accounting provided with monthly statements
* Rental Funds paid into trust account
* Emergency Repairs
* Extensive list of service people, repair, and trades people
* Home inspections to be negotiated
Placement fee of 1/2 months rent with Management Agreement in place includes:
* Advertising vacant property
* Screening possible tenants by checking all reference's and performing credit checks
* Showing vacant property
* 1st day of Tenancy complete home inspection with latest RTA forms filled out in full.
* Also picture's taken of inside and outside of property. Very thorough.
We also offer more services such as:
* Representing you during arbitration.
* Arranging renovations for your home.
Renovations are not emergency repairs or seasonal maintenance. * Home inspections done monthly, quarterly or what is negotiated.
* One time Tenant placement fee for a months rent.
